Frustration ...

*WARNING*
Big pity me post coming ahead !!!!
Urgghh
.. I'm lost
.. I've lost a little put on a bit .. lost a little .. put on a bit .. and now are at only 100g off what I was when BL7 started
.... it's driving me bananas ..
... and I only have 4.2 kg to go to my goal ...
.. but I've been at that for the last 2 months (at myself)
Urggghhh
I think I've still got a body image issue .. and all the wonderful comments about how much weight I've lost can work a little against me too .. in that I think (subconsciously) .. oh well having this (treat/snack/extra portion) won't really hurt .. when all of them add up ...
4pm is getting to be my hardest time of the day ... AGAIN!!!!!
This week will also be hard with hubby being away all week .. Abbie's birthday, a party on Sat night .. and then Abbie's party on Sunday ..
.. Expect LOTS of moaning and angst this week ..
URGHHHH!
I just feel like .. sad huh?

  1. no not all all sad! It is hard! Most overweight people have a reason for being overweight. They aren't lazy, they aren't stupid. They overeat or make poor choices becasue of myriad reasons.

Sounds to me like you are at a point where you underlying reasons are trying to rear their head again and get you back to the place they felt comfortable.

it might be that you don't know what they are - if might be you do, but are in denial! It might be that you do but they are hard to work through!

Seeking some form of release is going to help. For some it is seeing a counsellor - but they can be expensive. There are free options you can try - 1:1 with a friend or mentor, a thought journal, working through a free life coach series (last years Next mag ran life coaching all year, worth a look from the library).

Some people just can't break through that plateau until they break the demons.

So big hugs, and remember we are all here to support you!
