I'm writing them down!

My Goals
I'm a goal orientated person .. so I'm writing them down .. tomorrow is a new week .. and then the next day a new month ... so onwards (and downwards) I go :-)

ULTIMATE GOALS FOR THE SCALES

* Lose 2.5 kgs (77.5 kgs) - yay!! - 31/1/2011
* BMI change to Overweight (76 kgs) - yay!! 28/2/2011
* Lose 5kgs (75 kgs)
* Lose 7.5 kgs (72.5 kgs - halfway to my goal)
* Lose 10 kgs (70 kgs)
* Lose 12.5 kgs (67.5 kgs)
* Beat my lowest adult weight (67)
* Lose 15kgs (65kgs) - at GOAL WEIGHT - yeeehhhaaaa
* BMI change to healthy (64 kgs)
* Lose 5 extra kgs - total loss 20kgs (60kg) - this may be a stretch but I'm putting it there.

ULTIMATE FITNESS GOALS

* At least 10,000 steps a day
* Complete a 5k walk again (I know I can do this!) - yay!!
* Walk 5 kms at least 4 times a week / or at least 30 mins of exercise 5 times a week - yay!!
* Complete a 7.5km walk again (I also know I can do this!) - yay!!
* Complete 2x 5km walks in the same day! (and yes I also know I can do this as have done so before)
* Complete 2 x 7.5km walks (no ever done .. but willing to give it a go ..)
* Learn to swim
* Get on the bike I brought! (before Christmas and have only ridden around the house on!) - yay!!
* Complete a Duathlon/half marathon (21.? km walk) or Triathlon
* Compete in an organized biking event of some sort. I'm new to biking, so I'd like to just give this a go :-))

OTHER GOALS

*Fit my wedding rings
* Do the Couch to 5km course
* Complete a 5K run
* Compete in a Duathlon/Triathlon
* Shop in a store and buy anything I want
* Fit my Size 14 jeans comfortably - yay!!
* Fit my Size 16 jeans comfortably
* Fit into my favorite pair of jeans
* Have hubby be able to pick me up - yay!! (he wanted to without me even asking - reckoned I was looking skinnier -lol)
* Be my goal size...12
* Climb a mountain
* Ride my bike in a biking event
* Wear a sexy costume to a party
* Buy a bikini
* Do some type of race every month once a year
* Complete at least half the Olex Fun Run series

WEIGHT GOALS - aims for the next 6 months

* Lose 2.5 kgs (77.5 kgs) - yay!! - 31/1/2011
* Leave the BMI of Obesity - such a horrible word that 'obese' depicts! I don't want it to describe me .. I don't want it to define me and the way I feel - BMI weight change to overweight (76 kgs) - yay!! 28/2/2011
* Lose 5 kgs (75kgs)
* Lose 7.5 kgs (72.5kgs) - halfway to my goal weight

FITNESS GOALS - in the next 3 months
