Week 1 down

.. must start by saying I LOVE the WW iPod app .. it was so helpful for when I was away at the bach to help me track the food and exercise I did ..

It was a little hard to get exercise in while I was away on my own .. but on the couple of days hubby came down to the Bach I was able to get 2 good walks in .. and we took the kids for a walk ..(while they biked) to the supermarket ..

I think I did really well and had only one day where I ate Shapes straight from the pkt coz I felt stressed and lonely .. but was able to talk to myself and put them away :-)
So the end result was that Monday morning I was 1.2kgs lighter

So a good start ..

I took some "start" photos while I was at the Bach .. some are a little blurry ..

This year ..                     and last year 10kgs lighter!!!

.. and when I had the second photo taken I felt really fat .. urrghhhh ..

I myself notice it the most in my face .. and the mid-section .. and my size for clothes!!

So a bit of work to do .. but focused to do so ..
